Director Iraus & Members:

First,  I have ultimate respect for all people as well as their education & will continue to use the proper title (Dr., Rector, Director, Father, etc.) until I’m told otherwise.  I also thank you for considering the “web tech” training curriculum for UNIF. I certainly appreciate all of your faith that technology can truly help the economy, businesses & people of Haiti.

I’d like to propose the following schedule:

1. Weekly progress reports so all “members” (to be determined) can make comments, suggestions, requests, etc.,  during the week that the report is issued.

2. I’d like to get started today (Monday, April 27, 2026) & I hope that all “members“ can respond during this week either by email, text, phone call, Whatsapp, and/or Zoom meeting as needed.

3. A Request: please supply me with an email list of the proposed “members” for development of our “web tech” curriculum for UNIF.

4. I will publish reports of  the progress as well as everyone’s comments, suggestions & requests.

5. I propose that all "web tech” education be “business centric” meaning  that the technical education strongly support Haitian business, in several ways, of course.  Business sectors shown here will be determined.  I own & will share all e-Commerce technology to be described & will also share extensive (legacy) construction management software, if needed,

The chart shown will be the beginning of a slideshow describing the entire possible “web tech” curriculum.  The different business sectors shown are not to scale (meaning the size shown). The retail/wholesale sector is shown larger because there is a lot of technology & training that can be taught at UNIF. We’ll soon show how technology can help each sector & then decide which (1 or more) is most important to teach at UNIF, considering priorities. ( I believe agriculture being #1)

One final point is that there are interrelationships between the sectors -  for instance, agriculture will involve the retail sales of produce, livestock, (fish?) & also the purchase/rent/borrowing of equipment and supplies to run the wholesale operations of the farms.

[PLEASE MAKE YOUR COMMENTS / SUGGESTIONS / REQUESTS & SEND TO datatrack3@gmail.com or  call, text,or Whatsapp at (860) 483-1800.    Thank You!!

I encourage all "members" to ask A.I.:

1.  How important is Web Technology to small business?

and

2.  How important is Online Ordering to small business?
